We will collect information about you when you register with this website, place an order or booking for our products or services, and request further information from us. The information we collect includes your name, postal address, billing address, e-mail address and telephone number so that we can contact you accordingly. We may also obtain information about your usage of this website using cookies.

We may use the information provided by you to:
1) process your order or booking processing, delivery and payment (if applicable)

If you choose to pay us by credit or debit card, i.e. through a ‘direct payment gateway’ we will store your card data This data in encrypted by means of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of card suppliers such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by us and our service providers.

Osborn Leisure LLP supports the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, and is committed to the protection of personal data belonging to our customers, suppliers, colleagues. We have an internal data protection policy and external privacy policy on our website to reflect the requirements of the GDPR. In addition we conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with our policies.
